What Does the following X-ray Indicate? 

hi Dr. i got my xray this week and the findings were : Predominantly fibronodular koch s right upper lobe. Bilateral Pleural thickening. Pleurodiaphragmatic tentings, right. Last year, July 2015 i had been treated for 6 months for PTB and was given a clearance to work. However, with this result does this mean I am not fir to work.

X ray findings must be because healed Koch's , many patients with past history of Koch's they develop fibrosis.right now if you don't have any symptoms like productive cough,fever , night sweats , loss of appetite and loss of weight , you can ignore that x ray findings and you are fit for your work
